1:34:55 PM Chairman Murdock Agenda adjustment: Regular Item #6 Public Hearing, Consideration, and Decision on Level One Approval for the Expenditure of Funds from the Open Space Bond and Review by the Local Planning Authority for the Purchase of a Conservation Easement on the Fay Ranch will be moved up to Regular Item #1.

2:33:28 PM   Discussion between Commission, Christopher Scott, Deputy County Attorney Greg Sullivan and Planner Victoria Drummond.
3:00:36 PM   Commission would like to see this as an amendment to the growth policy, rather than a resolution. Commission suggests wording, and asks that Greg Sullivan help Christopher Scott in drafting the amendment. Christopher Scott gave comments by Planning Board members on the transportation plan.
